山东检察机关批捕涉嫌污染环境犯罪234人
中新网济南4月8日电  (梁犇)山东检察机关2015年5月至12月开展了环境保护行政执法检察监督专项活动，共对涉嫌污染环境、破坏生态犯罪批准逮捕152件234人，提起公诉343件594人。
　　记者从山东省人民检察院与山东省环保厅8日联合召开的深化拓展环境保护行政执法检察监督专项活动电视电话会议上获得上述消息。
　　山东省人民检察院副检察长王效彤在会上表示，该省检察机关将以切实可行的新举措、新动作，深化拓展环境保护行政执法检察监督专项活动，强化对生态环境的司法保护，与环保部门携手打好环境治理持久战，保障蓝天碧水、生态山东建设。
　　据王效彤介绍，环境保护行政执法检察监督专项活动共对涉嫌污染环境、破坏生态犯罪批准逮捕152件234人，提起公诉343件594人。针对环保领域行政不作为、乱作为发出检察建议347件，提起中国首例行政公益诉讼，查处环保领域职务犯罪12件17人。山东省环保执法部门与检察机关密切协作，共立案处罚环境违法行为6936起，向公安机关移送涉嫌环境违法犯罪案件464件。
　　“山东作为经济人口大省，经济规模大、结构偏重，雾霾天气高发频发，环境保护形势依然严峻”，王效彤称，今年检察机关将深化拓展环境保护行政执法检察监督专项活动，监督重点既要从大气、水、土壤污染防治等与民众生产生活密切相关的领域寻求突破，又要加强监督治理工业污染、扬尘污染、土小企业污染、固体废物污染、畜禽养殖污染、滥采滥伐滥捕等突出问题。
　　同时，将严厉打击利用废矿坑、铺设暗管等隐蔽性强、危害性大、影响恶劣、逃避监管的违法排污行为，提高专项活动的针对性和时效性。
　　山东省环保厅副厅长董秀娟出席会议并表示，全省各级环保部门将按照《关于在环境保护行政执法检察监督工作中加强协作配合的意见》要求，进一步加强环境保护行政执法与刑事司法衔接工作，定期召开联席会议，充分发挥联席会议的协调指导作用，加大信息共享力度，健全完善情报信息交流机制，加大案件移送力度，为案件侦办和诉讼提供技术支持。
