鄂尔多斯原副市长王会师受贿案开庭审理
中新网呼和浩特4月8日电  (董乐)8日，记者从内蒙古自治区人民检察院获悉，鄂尔多斯市人民政府原副市长、公安局原局长王会师滥用职权、徇私枉法、受贿案在通辽市中级人民法院依法公开开庭审理。
　　据了解，此案由内蒙古自治区人民检察院侦查终结，交由通辽市人民检察院审查起诉，该院于2015年10月23日向通辽市中级人民法院提起公诉。
　　起诉书指控：被告人王会师在担任鄂尔多斯市人民政府副市长、公安局局长期间，滥用职权，致使612.93万元(人民币)国有资产遭受损失；徇私情私利，对明知有罪的人指示下属故意放纵不使其受追诉；利用职务上的便利，为他人谋取利益，非法收受他人送予的财物，折合人民币共计2162.779万元、美元5万元、黄金110克，其行为构成滥用职权罪、徇私枉法罪、受贿罪。
　　起诉书同时指控：被告人王会师的妻子郭春莲，利用王会师的职务便利为他人谋取利益，与王会师共同非法收受他人送予的钱款，累计折合人民币220.22万元，其行为构成受贿罪。
　　2014年6月24日，时任内蒙古自治区鄂尔多斯市政府副巡视员的王会师涉嫌严重违纪违法，接受组织调查；同年10月，王会师以涉嫌滥用职权罪、徇私枉法罪、受贿罪被逮捕；2015年5月，王会师被移送审查起诉；2015年9月，王会师被开除党籍、开除公职，其涉嫌犯罪问题及线索已移送司法机关依法处理。
