　　近日有市民报料称，一名自称少林寺出身、会气功治病的“高人”，在广州海珠区小洲艺术区内开了一家诊所，专用气功帮人治病。4月5日，新快报联合广东广播电视台《今日一线》栏目记者前往暗访发现，该诊所无任何行医牌照，报料人口中的“高人”也没有医师执业证书。一名自称是诊所前员工的女子更向记者透露称，该诊所宣称的“气功”不过是通过特制设备将电流导至病人身上，让其产生触电发麻的感觉。

　　前天下午，当海珠区卫生和计划生育局的执法人员来到诊所查处时，该名“高人”马上紧锁大门，收拾器械从屋子后门溜走。有关方面表示，该诊所涉嫌非法行医，今后将加强巡查、监督，以防再发生类似情况。

　　无牌诊所藏身小洲艺术区

　　“车师傅”会拔火罐还会“气功治病”

　　小洲艺术区位于海珠区小洲村瀛洲路高架底，拥有多个展厅及大量艺术工作室，是广州市一个重要的艺术聚居区。然而，据附近的小洲村村民透露，从去年开始，艺术区内竟开了一间理疗诊所，专门针灸、拔火罐，还用气功给人治病，来看病的人都叫医生“车师傅”。据了解，诊所光一服药就卖上千元，生意还挺火，而且还要熟客介绍才能看病。

　　4月5日，新快报与《今日一线》记者根据村民们的指引来到了这间诊所。该诊所位置非常隐蔽，位于艺术区2区的末端2008房，旁边都是艺术类工作室。该店外无任何招牌，记者多次敲门后，一名年轻男子才终于打开房门，此人正是熟客口中的“车师傅”。

　　记者进去后发现，该房子有房有厅，厅内挂着多幅画作，看上去倒像是一个书画工作室，但走进房间后，就能看到一个小型诊所的模样——摆放着三张小床，还有医院内常见的屏风，一个柜子上放有火罐等器材，墙上还挂着一个写着“医行善道”四个大字的牌匾，但未悬挂任何行医资格证书。

　　记者假装肩部不舒服，称想要找该名“高人”治疗，“车师傅”叫记者躺下，朝背部按压了几下立马诊断出了“问题”。“颈椎和胸椎退化得还是很严重，变形了。”帮记者拔完火罐后，“车师傅”表示，记者的情况“有点严重”，需要先服用一些药物治疗。随后，“车师傅”从抽屉里拿出了一小包无任何标识的小药丸，称是“化血化瘀的中药”，要求记者当场服下，并称第一次不收钱，“试下有效果的话你再回来治疗，我可以给你做个方案，两千块钱可以做一个疗程治疗”。

　　在对话时，“车师傅”直言除了火罐理疗，还会用针灸给病人看病，如果问题严重的疑难杂症，或者有医院看不好的慢性病，他还能用“少林气功”来治疗。“我这里的特色就是气功排毒，打通经络，可以治人身上的各种慢性病”。不过，当记者提出想体验一把时，“车师傅”却为难地表示，气功治疗要提前预约，不会轻易展示，因为“气功会损耗自身能量”。

　　离开诊所后，记者先后采访了3名工作室设在该艺术区的艺术家，他们都表示曾去该诊所看病，拔过火罐，也见识过“气功”。“他是从少林寺出来的，具体哪个少林寺不清楚，以前和他哥哥一起在小洲村里开，去年搬到艺术区里，很多村民和村干部都去他那里治病的。”其中一名艺术家表示自己是该诊所的熟客，对“车师傅”的“功力”深信不疑，“他那个气功，发功的时候，你身体就像触电一样”。

　　张小姐还直言，虽然被村民称为“神医”，但“车师傅”根本没有任何行医资格，在帮人拔火罐时，手指缝中还会夹一个特制的利器，拍打顾客背部时便会刺出一个小孔并流血，“由于拍打时产生痛感，所以一般人都不会察觉被刺了一下，他就是用出血来吓唬人，夸大病情后再高价卖一些自制的药丸。”张小姐说，诊所经常将成本几十块的药卖到3000元一服药。

　　前天下午3时许，记者向海珠区卫生和计划生育局反映相关情况后，相关执法人员马上赶到诊所。然而，之前还向记者扬言自己“经营和手法都没有问题”的“车师傅”一看到执法人员，马上躲进诊所并将大门反锁。执法人员随后多次敲门，但屋里都没有回话，于是只能叫来民警协助。不过，当民警赶到现场后，艺术区管理处人员却表示，根据视频监控，“车师傅”早已从房间二楼的通道跑到后门逃之夭夭。

　　无奈之下，管理人员致电该区域的承租人蒋先生过来开门。直到当晚7时许，执法人员才终于得以跟着蒋先生进入了该诊所房间，不过包括火罐在内的器材都已被“车师傅”带走，只是在看诊台的抽屉里找到了几块被掰断的小刀片，怀疑就是张小姐口中“车师傅”用来刺破病人皮肤的工具。

　　承租人表示其不会气功

　　对于“车师傅”涉嫌非法行医的行为，艺术区管理人员表示，小洲艺术区的房间只能用于艺术工作室和展厅，不允许开设诊所，去年发现“车师傅”将诊所搬至这里后曾将其赶走，但承租人却将房间借给他继续帮人理疗。承租人蒋先生太太则表示，他们只是让“车师傅”在艺术区帮附近的艺术从业者做养生理疗，同时还直言“车师傅”“不会气功”。

　　对此，海珠区卫生和计划生育局表示，虽然执法人员在前往查处时未能看到“车师傅”实施行医的行为，但从记者及民众反映的情况来看，该诊所无任何资质，涉嫌非法行医。据介绍，该局已向承租人作了普法教育，强调开展诊所必须获得医疗机构执业许可证。此外，该局还将联合街道开展定期及不定期的巡查，对于非法行医的诊所，发现一间取缔一间。
