　　中国西藏网讯 4月6日，“藏独”集团一高官、“藏人行政中央安全部部长”向“内阁办公室”递交了辞呈，辞去其“部长”职位。他不是第一位近期辞职的“藏独”官员，今年 2月， “流亡政府外交与新闻部部长”发布辞职声明。随后，她对正在进行的“大选”和“候选人”进行了严厉批评。

　　令达赖头疼的还有更多。缅甸总统吴廷觉当选后，藏人“流亡政府”方面积极发出贺电，但目前为止还未得到回应；台湾地区领导人蔡英文当选后，达赖亲自祝 贺，并未等来蔡的积极反馈。之前一度与达赖方面交好的捷克，也翻牌“拥抱熊猫”。而达赖4月访问英国的行程搁浅，更是引起外界猜测。
