A股公司爱尔眼科今日发布公告，宣布旗下全资子公司山南智联拟以参与投资天津欣新盛方式间接投资360股权。

山南智联投资认缴出资额为3032万美元等值人民币。该事项已于2016年4月6日经爱尔眼科第三届董事会第四十三次会议审议通过。

爱尔眼科称，此次投资有利于公司利用专业投资机构的专业优势和完善的风险控制体系加强公司的投资能力，实现较高的资本增值收益。

此前，中信国安发布公告，宣布通过下属控股子公司国安睿博发起设立360专项投资基金参与360私有化，投资金额约为4亿美元等值人民币。

据悉，360已于3月30日召开股东大会审议通过私有化协议议案并发布相关公告。据私有化进程，后续无实质性SEC审核流程。

交割完成同时，360向SEC递交相关文件，并从纽交所退市。据知情人士分析，360最快会在1个月内完成退市。
