广东3名涉非法疫苗案嫌疑人 1名被抓获归案

　　今日下午，法晚(微信公号ID:fzwb_52165216)记者从最高人民检察院官网获悉，广东省检察院8日下午发布通报，广东3名涉山东非法疫苗案的犯罪嫌疑人其中1名已被抓获归案。通告显示：今年3月，山东警方破获庞某等人非法经营疫苗案，涉案疫苗未经严格冷链存储运输销往多个省市，广东省检察院与广东省食药监局、广东省公安厅取得联系，了解广东省非法经营疫苗的流入、案发等情况，并督促案件办理。

　　广东省有3名犯罪嫌疑人涉及该系列案，分别是揭阳地区办理的黄某进案、深圳地区办理的黄某财案和湛江地区办理的李某爱案。黄某财在3月30日被深圳公安机关抓获，现已移送揭阳与黄某进案进行并案侦查，公安机关正加紧追查另外两名犯罪嫌疑人，涉案疫苗数量及具体流向也正在进行调查核实。

　　广东省检察院已要求涉案地检察机关主动介入案件侦查、引导侦查取证，并做好下一步批捕起诉工作。
