　　这种“讲原则”的贪官，虽然少见，却也并不是孤例。广东省韶关市公安局原局长叶树养有“五不”原则(不主动索要钱财、不办事不收钱、不催讨该给还没给的 钱、不讨价还价、不介意钱多钱少)，黑龙江省绥棱县委原书记李刚有“三不收”原则(事没办成的不收、关系不密切的不收、几个人同时送的不收)，河北省石家 庄市交通局原副局长杜国栋也有“就是不能让单位吃亏，只收干活干好的，干差的送钱也不收”的原则。可见，天下无奇不有，“讲原则”的贪官也见怪不怪。

　　只是，这些贪官的所谓“原则”，究其本质，都不过是用来掩饰其贪腐的“保护色”，以便能够保全自己，贪得更多更久，从而实现“升官发财两不误”。

　　讲原则是共产党员的鲜明特征。然而，共产党员的党性原则，从来就是心系党、心系人民、心系国家；是坚持党的原则第一、党的事业第一、人民利益第一；是“为 人民服务”。无数的革命先辈，以及焦裕禄、孔繁森、杨善洲等优秀共产党员，一再为我们示范什么才是共产党员该有的原则。所以，贪官们将贪污受贿与“原则” 挂钩，简直是在玷污“原则”这两个字。

　　“有原则”的贪官，有时或许也能迷惑一些群众，甚至由于其贪腐只收熟人、只收办成事之人的高度隐蔽性，还能博取“清正廉洁”的美名。而且，从行贿者的角度 来说，“有原则”的贪官值得信任，至少在没有实现利益交换时，不会有损失，因此，行贿者更乐于与其打交道。所以，卢勇在短短4年时间，就能快速敛财900 多万元，可谓名利双收。然而，每一个贪官最终在劫难逃的命运也无不说明，妄图对党组织耍“小聪明”，靠所谓受贿“原则”来顺利通关，不过是自欺欺人。

　　无论如何狡猾，打着哪一种“原则”的旗号，在党中央高压反腐的决心之前，贪官都只会是一个“机关算尽太聪明，反误了卿卿性命”的可悲结局。这个道理，铁窗里的“卢勇们”有足够的时间去想明白。(常对)
