　　“小小浪花岛，屹立最前哨……海潮卷，一浪盖全岛。”军旅诗人柯原曾这样形容南澎岛的状态。驻岛的广东省军区某海防团“南澎守备模范连”官兵长年坚守，把青春和热血献给了这座小岛。

　　是什么让前哨兵扎根南澎、建功海防？该团政委史日升说，这离不开强军文化的力量。这些年，该连广集兵智，蓄力打造群雕与陈列室、摩崖石刻与南澎十景、岛曲与电影等强军文化，培育新时期的海防卫士。

　　挖掘厚重历史，赓续英雄血脉

　　南澎岛，南海里的一座孤岛，驻守着一群守岛哨兵。

　　岛上腹地处，一座烈士群雕巍巍耸立。雕像里，巨浪涌动，军旗猎猎，冲锋号角急急催征，军民携手奋勇抗敌，当年激战的场景栩栩如生……

　　岛上最高处，一栋“万国楼”陈列室娓娓叙事。陈列室里，103张图片、37件文物淋漓尽致陈展了军民浴血奋战解放南澎的历史瞬间，英雄的壮举历历在目……

　　“南澎历史厚重。”指导员聂琳琳介绍说，南澎岛先后被英国占领、日军侵占、国民党军队盘踞，1952年10月19日，南澎打响保卫战，万国楼墙壁弹痕累累，118名参战人员壮烈牺牲。

　　为了祖国安宁，他们定格成战火硝烟中的群像，化作海防一线的巍巍群雕，成为军民敬仰的精神高地。近年来，该连挖掘、搜集史料，建起一座解放南澎岛革命烈士群雕和一栋“万国楼”陈列室，将其打造为粤东爱国主义精神教育基地，组织瞻仰群雕和参观史馆活动，警醒官兵牢记历史、忠诚使命——

　　多年来，该连持续开展以“学先辈、当尖兵、战前哨、守国门”为主题的群演群讲系列文化活动，通过传统文化聚气塑魂，引导一代代前哨兵赓续英雄血脉。

　　开发小岛资源，建功南海前哨

　　登上南澎岛，笔者就看到，“南海前哨、坚强堡垒”八个石刻大字傲立在悬崖边，与码头上的“坚守前哨、忠诚使命”遥相呼应，它们无言胜有言：南澎岛具有重要的军事战略地位。

　　连长王俊介绍了南澎岛的地理位置，递给笔者一套明信片，明信片的封面上写着“南澎十景”，他如数家珍：忠诚鹰石、镇海金蟾、升旗广场、碧海心亭、南海明珠……“小岛文化生活贫乏，但资源丰富，我们就地取材，开发出了摩崖石刻和南澎十景。”王连长介绍说，他们把首长题词、老兵赠言、守岛感悟刻进石头，讲解其中的强军文化意蕴，引领官兵守好南海前哨。

　　一路向上爬坡，石刻与十景一路展开——

　　“为祖国站好岗、放好哨、打好仗、守好岛”“牢记历史、镇守国门”“以史育人、振兴中华”“忠”等石刻坐落于训练场和营区内，小岛和官兵正如石头上所刻之字：这是一座“赤诚小岛”，他们是“海峡卫士”。

　　岛上，一块黄褐色的巨石颇像一只趴着的蟾蜍，官兵将其取名为“镇海金蟾”。金蟾的双眼环视四方，恰似官兵紧盯眼前这片暗流涌动的汪洋，观察海空情况……

　　这些年，南澎官兵紧抓战备训练，他们在岛腹中修建出“袖珍型”战术训练场，在海面上设置动荡靶，在山石嶙峋的小岛上进行了多次实战化演习。该连参加团里比武考核，几乎都是第一名，年年拿下“军事训练一级单位”荣誉。驻岛以来，他们荣立了集体二等功、三等功各4次……

　　在南澎，官兵留下战绩；离开南澎，他们带走一块小石头和“南澎十景”明信片。官兵们说：“带着这两样东西，就像把南澎装进心里，不管离开多久、走到哪里，只要看上一眼，就能想起在南澎的当兵岁月。”

　　情注日常点滴，乐当天涯哨兵

　　十余载征程，曲影留岁月。这些年，官兵将守岛建岛的点滴谱写为传唱不息的南澎岛曲，电影《浪花岛之恋》也取材自官兵的事迹。

　　南国春风里，漫漫海天间，嘹亮的曲音响彻回荡：“在风雨中放哨站岗，为祖国守海疆；在日夜里紧握钢枪，为了那份理想；在浪花中放声高唱，我们的心始终向太阳，向太阳！”

　　歌词字字朴实，句句崇高。为了填满孤岛生活的单调感，南澎兵把战备训练、巡逻站岗、学习生活等各种元素写成词、谱成曲，励志曲目不断涌现。如今，他们已创作了9首岛曲，并将其制作成专辑，滋养官兵心灵。

　　沧桑历史让前哨兵深知肩上责任重，他们自创了反映戍边御疆坚强决心的《心中的灯塔》和《拼上一回谁怕谁》两首歌曲；上级机关鼎力帮助，创作了集中反映南澎精神的《南澎岛海防连之歌》……南澎官兵在创作传唱中坚定爱岛报国的志向，决意要“把歌唱起来，穿上军装踏出一条路来”。这些洋溢血性浪漫情怀的歌词，始终凝聚着官兵雄赳赳的报国情。

　　报国志在南澎人身上颇具代际传递力量，这股力量已呈现在大荧幕上。聂指导员介绍说，守岛战士赵锟嘉和赵葵嘉是俩表兄弟，他们的爷爷是参加解放南澎荣立战功的老兵，父辈18岁时也开始守岛。“祖孙三代接力守海岛”成了一段美名远播的佳话。慕名而来的剧组以其为原型，拍摄了一家三代解放、坚守、建设南澎岛的电影《浪花岛之恋》。剧组人员感叹：“拍摄这些历史瞬间和人物故事，我常常会被他们在艰苦条件下却乐守天涯的精神所鼓舞。”

　　这些年，南澎岛曲传唱了一代又一代，它们已融入官兵的血脉。回连探访的老班长冯刚唱起这些原汁原味的歌曲，仍是激动万分，双眼红润夹杂泪花：“唱着这些岛曲，我感到温暖；作为南澎人，我倍感自豪！”

　　岛曲仍在传唱，电影滚动播放，它们的忠诚底色牢牢根植于每个南澎人心中，他们说：“我们会代代守好南澎岛，尽好天涯哨兵的职责。”
