新京报快讯(记者林斐然 肖鹏 实习生张芮)4月10日上午9时55分许，湖南省娄底市政协副主席(兼)、市财政局副局长黄祥刚在市财政局老家属院坠楼。新京报(微信公号 ID：bjnews_xjb)记者从娄底市宣传部获悉，黄祥刚送医后经抢救无效后死亡，死亡原因正在进一步调查中。
今年3月仍正常履职
据娄底市政府官网公开信息，黄祥刚1961年3月出生，1983年7月参加工作，无党派，大学文化，系娄底市本土官员。
黄祥刚参加工作后，长期履职于娄底地区财政局行财科，1995年8月调任涟源市出任副市长，1999年11月返回娄底，出任审计局副局长一职，并于2004年兼任娄底市政协副主席。2006年，黄祥刚调任娄底市财政局出任副局长一职至今，兼任娄底市政协副主席。
据娄底市财政局官网消息，黄祥刚主要分管娄底市非税收入管理局、对外经济贸易科(市国外贷款领导小组办公室)、市财政局经济技术开发区分局，联系万宝新区财政金融部。
新京报(微信公号ID：bjnews_xjb)记者发现，黄祥刚最后一次出现在公开报道中是今年3月17日。娄底市经信委发布的消息称，市政协副主席黄 祥刚当日率市工商局党组副书记、副局长阳姣莲及帮扶工作队到湖南宜化开展帮扶调研，引导企业转型升级提振信心。此前，他还在3月初出席了娄底市政协第四届 委员会第三十五次主席会议。
