湖南娄底市政协副主席黄祥刚坠楼身亡 原因正调查
中新社长沙4月10日电 (记者 傅煜)记者10日从湖南娄底官方证实，娄底市政协副主席(兼)、市财政局副局长黄祥刚当日在该局老家属院坠楼身亡，死亡原因正在调查中。

　　公开资料显示，现年55岁的黄祥刚为湖南麻阳人，1983年大学毕业后一直在娄底地区工作，曾任涟源市(县级市)人民政府副市长、娄底市审计局副局长等职。2004年，黄祥刚开始兼任娄底市政协副主席，两年后在娄底市财政局出任副局长一职至今。

　　当地官方通报，4月10日9时55分许，黄祥刚在娄底市财政局老家属院坠楼，120救护车第一时间赶赴现场对其进行紧急救治。10时40分，医生宣布其死亡。

　　在娄底市财政局官网“领导介绍”中，黄祥刚的相关信息仍赫然在列。娄底市国外贷款领导小组办公室、娄底市非税收入管理局、娄底市财政局经济技术开发区分局为其三大主要分管单位。此外，他还负责联系娄底市万宝新区财政金融部。

　　记者检索公开报道发现，今年3月初，黄祥刚还出席了政协娄底市第四届委员会第三十五次主席会议。他最后一次出现在公开报道中是3月17日赴湖南宜化开展帮扶调研。
