　　参考消息网4月25日报道 新媒称，印尼日前拒绝了中国的请求，决定不将4名关押在印尼的中国籍恐怖分子遣返回中国，以换取中国向印尼遣返1名印尼逃犯。

　　据新加坡《联合早报》网站4月24日援引英国广播公司的报道称，印尼法律、政治和安全协调部长发言人阿古斯·巴纳斯在接受BBC采访中说，“两国（印尼与中国）没有交换（囚犯）协议。我们感谢中方送回何筱昆，但是中国籍嫌犯的案子和印尼腐败逃亡分子的案子是完全不同的两件事。”

　　据悉，何筱昆是印尼现代银行前董事长，因为在1997到1998年亚洲金融风暴危机期间，涉及挪用政府纾困金，在2003年被最高法院判处4年有期徒刑后，从印尼潜逃出境，近日在上海被捕，将被遣返回印尼。
