  未来,在深圳服务达到一定年限的人,有望以较低的初始价格进入购房市场。


  4月24日,在中宣部组织的“稳增长调结构转方式”深圳采访团活动上,针对高房价问题,深圳市市长许勤表示,深圳将探索通过房屋共有产权的过渡方式,让符合条件的人以更低的门槛进入购房市场。


  许勤介绍,过去深圳的安居工程计划,对符合条件的人员,按照市场价格的50%到70%供应住房。未来可能将进一步探索共有产权,将人员服务年限和入市的价格挂钩,符合条件的人员以较低价入市,享受房屋共有产权,服务年限达到一定要求后,则享有独立产权。


  同时许勤指出,政策上还需要一定研究。


  事实上,针对深圳房价问题,已有过类似建议。今年1月,曾任中国城市规划设计研究院副总规划师的赵燕菁即提出,可以探索“先租后售”的方式,在10年或20年后,将期权解禁,让租住者以较低成本买下。


  赵燕菁称,让进入深圳的人能够真正变成“有产者”,分享城市发展红利,是维持深圳创新环境的一大保障。
