　　[环球网报道 记者 李德意]《菲律宾商报》4月25日一篇题为《总统候选人均希望通过外交方式解决南海纠纷》的报道称，菲律宾总统候选人24日赞成“寻求外交手段”解决菲律宾与中国南海争端。

　　《菲律宾商报》写道，菲律宾参议员圣地亚哥在24日总统候选人辩论期间说，“全世界都相信该片海是属于我们的”。

　　达沃市长杜特地则表示，他将亲自到“西菲律宾海”中的其中一个岛，并且在那里插上菲律宾国旗以示主权，但他澄清，他“不愿意引发战争”。

　　中国外交部发言人陆慷此前指出，菲律宾方面在南海有关问题上的表现“充分暴露出其言行不一的虚伪性”。他表示，中方敦促菲方尊重中国的领土主权和权益，严 格遵守《联合国宪章》等国际法、国际关系基本准则和《南海各方行为宣言》，停止一切侵犯中国领土主权和权益的行为，早日回到通过双边谈判妥善解决有关争议 的正确轨道上来。
