　　猝死的王姓男童工于2001年6月17日出生，湖南祁东县人，今年3月初由其母亲匡某介绍进入广东佛山至雅内衣公司担任车位工，4月11日早上6时左右，其被发现在出租屋中昏迷不醒，经报“120”医生到场抢救无效死亡。

　　据此前当地媒体报道，该死亡童工家属称，死者每天主要是做内衣加工，工作时间每天大概十一二个小时，可能是工厂繁重的工作导致其死亡。

　　事发后，佛山南海人社局介入调查，查证上述公司存在招用童工事实，并作出罚款1万元的处罚。该局还称，经过调查，未有证据显示该公司存在超时加班问题。

　　对于有网民质疑对企业的处罚偏轻，南海人社局相关负责人回应称，该处罚是依法依规作出的决定。

　　据介绍，根据《禁止使用童工规定》第六条规定：用人单位使用童工的，由劳动保障行政部门责令改正并按照每使用一名童工每月处5000元罚款的标准给予处罚。南海人社局于4月22日依法作出《行政处罚决定书》，对至雅公司2016年3月5日至2016年4月10日期间使用1名童工（即王姓男童）的违法行为进行处罚，罚款1万元。

　　南海人社局表示，将对至雅公司非法使用童工和工作时间情况进一步深入核查，一旦发现有违法问题，依法作出处理；对该公司招用未成年工未依法办理登记问题，依法进行处理。

　　佛山南海是广东制造业重镇，有着大量的企业和工厂，当中不少系制衣、加工制造、酒店、餐饮等劳动密集型行业。据悉，从4月25日起，官方将在南海全区范围内开展非法使用童工问题专项检查行动。（完）
