  千万年薪,这曾经是A股上市公司高管高薪的代名词。2014年,曾经有6家公司9位高管的薪酬过千万。不过,伴随着国有企业纷纷实行高管限薪,2015年,上市公司中高管们的千万年薪已几近绝迹。取而代之的,是越来越多的土豪式分红引爆市场……

  年薪超过千万的只剩一个


  但拿到900多万的还有好几位


  对绝大多数普通投资者来说,陈德贤的名字可能有些陌生。作为中国平安首席投资执行官,陈德贤2015年以1286.38万元(税前)的年薪,成为2015年度“两市最高薪”获得者。这也是目前A股市场中唯一一位年薪超过千万的高管。


  2015年,中国平安取得了542.03亿元的史上最好利润。这份成绩单中,高达1.7万亿元的投资资产,创下了7.8%的总投资收益率,为近年新高,这便是陈德贤的功劳。


  A股第二高薪者,同样来自中国平安。中国平安董事长马明哲,以年薪998.95万元排在第二位,较其2014年的1090.01万元年薪下降近百万元。不过,2015年中国平安的高管们总薪酬仍达到9307.14万元,成为A股中高管薪酬最高的公司。


  排名第三的是万科A(000002)董事长王石和总裁郁亮,这两位高管的年薪均为998.8万元。2013年,王石的年薪为1590万元,2014年为1045.6万元。郁亮2013年的年薪为1431万元。在限薪令下,万科A已经连续三年调降高管薪酬。


  与地产公司的降薪相比,迎来“丰”年的券商则是慷慨发钱。国金证券总经理金鹏2015年从公司获得的报酬总额为972.44 万元(税前),位居上市公司高管薪酬第四位。其2014年薪酬为363.52万元,增长达168%。


  数钱数到手软的还有国金证券22名董事、监事和高管。2015年,这22名董监高从国金证券累计获得薪酬6252.15万元,平均每人284.19万元。而中信证券的26位董监高,合计薪酬7127.37万元,平均每人274.13万元。此外,广发证券24名高管总计4892.60万元薪酬,平均每人203.86万元。券商行业的高管们,整体迎来最幸福的日子。

  央企高管薪酬普降


  银行降得最狠,降幅接近50%


  上市公司2015年年报数据显示,在央企“限薪令”下,无论是最赚钱的银行业,还是效益欠佳的能源行业,高管们的薪酬都普遍下降。


  以五大行为例,建设银行(601939)董事长王洪章2015年薪酬为59.88万元,其2014年的年薪为115万元,降幅接近50%;工商银行(601398)董事长姜建清2015年薪酬为54.68万元,在2014年为113.9万元。工行行长易会满2014年薪酬为108.9万元,2015年为54.68万元,降幅同样近50%。


  还有去年效益欠佳的能源产业,高管收入普遍有所下降。中国神华(601088)总裁韩建国的年薪从2014年的123.84万元,下降到去年的73.1万元,降幅为40.97%。“两桶油”中,中国石化总裁李春光薪酬由2014年的97.29万元下降至2015年的52.5万元,降幅为46%;中国石油总裁汪东进薪酬从113.7万元下降至73.4万元,降幅35.44%。


  分析人士表示,“限薪令”只针对央企负责人,股份制银行和城商行们的高管并不受影响。部分央企中的职业经理人,其薪酬也不受影响。在已经披露的年报银行中,平安银行邵平2015年拿到的税前总薪酬高达710.45万元,有望再度蝉联银行高管薪酬榜的冠军。邵平2014年税前总薪酬有835.27万元。

  土豪式分红频现


  44家公司将利润全分掉


  2015年,越来越多的上市公司加入到派发“大红包”的队伍之中,部分公司甚至将全年净利润悉数分光。


  同花顺数据显示,截至4月19日,1473家上市公司发布了分红方案,其中,1421家上市公司发布了包括现金分红在内的分红方案,金额总计达6561亿元。以已经公布年报的2165家上市公司计算,这意味着六成多的上市公司拟向投资者派发现金红包。


  值得一提的是,A股频现“土豪式”现金分红。截至4月19日,275家上市公司的现金分红总额占公司去年净利润的比例超过50%。其中,44家上市公司的现金分红总额超公司去年的净利润。


  4月5日,宇通客车(600066)发布公告,公司拟每10股派现15元。虽然每股1.5元的现金分红看上去并不抢眼,但按照公司22亿股的总股本计算,此次分红将分掉33.2亿元。而2015年全年,公司实现净利润不过35.35亿,分红分去了净利润的93.94%。


  同样豪气的还有双汇发展(000895)。公司拟每10股派现12.5元。按33亿股的总股本计算,此次分红将分掉41.25亿元,将占其2015年净利润的96.9%。


  值得一提的是,截至上周五收盘价,宇通客车、双汇发展等23只股票的股息率已超过5%。共有96只个股股息率超过3%,完爆各类“宝宝”理财产品。


  A股土豪式分红的另一个标志,便是上市公司推出的高送转方案。数据显示,至上周六,2015年度推出10送转15股以上分配方案的A股上市公司合计达到92家。其中,37家在10送转20以上,55家的送转方案介于10送转15至10送转19之间。


  事实上,自2010年以来,年报分红送转方案在10送转15股及以上的公司往往是凤毛麟角,分别为10家、2家、1家、5家和64家,送转比例达到或超过10送转20的公司更是屈指可数,过去5年共计14家。然而,2015年的情况却发生了非常明显的改变。目前,劲胜精密(300083)以每10股送转30股的分配方案,高居2015年度“最壕”送转方案。整体来看,现金分红的大户多来自国有企业。


  而中小板和创业板,则是诞生高送转土豪公司的集中营。在92只推出10送转15以上分配方案的上市公司中,77家出自深圳创业板和中小板市场。中小创公司股本偏小,业绩增速明显,往往也最容易高送转。

  在哪打工最开心?


  券商人均年薪约76.7万


  2015年,在哪打工最开心?答案当然是证券公司。虽然此前银行业员工曾被市场传闻“躺着挣钱”,但在限薪令下,无论是银行高管还是普通员工,其薪酬最近三年已显示出不稳定因素,部分银行还出现一年不如一年的情况。


  保险行业去年迎来好年景,高管薪酬普遍高高在上,但如果是普通员工,保险业的从业人员薪酬在金融业内还是算“较低的”。保险公司的薪酬标准基本无法和券商相比,但可喜的变化是,逐年增加,“一年比一年好”。


  一年赚了三年钱的券商行业,员工的平均薪酬堪称大幅攀升。16家已披露年报的上市券商,2015年的薪酬成本比2014年翻了一番,不过员工累计增加2.24万人。平均计算,16家券商每家员工6068人,人均年薪约76.7万元。2014年,人均薪酬只有46.83万元,涨幅61.84%。


  不过,券商的好日子仅限于2015年。在领到了高额年终奖后,有券商业内人士即表示,这可能是近几年中最幸福的日子,未来,只能等待下一个牛市。


  资深铁公鸡不少


  金杯汽车24年一毛不拔


  A股仍有多只“资深铁公鸡”,在分红上多年保持缄默。


  年报数据显示,自2000年以来,两市有91家公司从未进行过分红,其中不乏大唐电信(600198)等明星公司。而金杯汽车(600609)以24年“一毛不拔”的纪录,成为铁公鸡中的“战斗机”。


  连年不分红的上市公司名单中还有“妖股之王”特力A(000025),公司上一次分红是1994年。


  有市场分析人士认为,对于一些账面拥有未分配利润却不对外分红的公司来说,业务扩张、投资是永恒的理由,但分红是上市公司的一项重要义务,如果始终声称投资而不分红,那么这种投资也就没有意义,上市公司也失去了存在的必要。
