齐先生称,3月10日,他在去哪儿网平台为儿子预定了6月自纽约飞往北京,8月自北京飞往纽约的机票,客服承诺将于3月底前出票,但直至4月11日,他才收到去哪网发来的行程说明。该行程说明中显示出票成功,并提供了相应票号。但齐先生与航空公司确认后被告知票号错误。

4月20日,齐先生收到新的行程说明,让齐先生意外的是,航空公司客服告诉他,该订单已于出票当日(4月18日)被取消。

今天,去哪儿网相关负责人称,此前出现问题是因为代理商订票的支付卡存在问题,订票后被航空公司取消订单。今天晚上10点之前可以出票,如未能如期出票,将由去哪网补齐差价为客户定高价票。
