71.8%的受访者提及在便利店选择微信支付宝支付的原因是:方便快捷,扫码支付比刷卡快,不用掏钱包,不用找零,节省时间;19.8%的受访者提及选择原因是:打折,随机减免,积分等优惠活动;12.5%的受访者提及选择原因是:忘了带钱或卡,不用带钱或卡,现金不够;0.3%的受访者提及选择原因是:微信或支付宝有余额。优惠活动吸引用户来体验,良好的用户体验养成客户的支付习惯以及生活习惯,同时也为微信和支付宝带来了消费场景,微信转账收费也会一定程度上鼓励用户用余额来消费。
