  吕梁能否通过鼓励公务出行乘坐飞机一举解决机场亏损这个大难题?我认为不现实。吕梁市机关事业单位人员得多么拼命地频繁出差,才能拯救一个机场?即使真的拯救了,也毫无意义,因为花的钱最终都来自纳税人。


  明明没有多少创造奇迹的机会,却为了“推动航空事业发展”不惜出台违反国家规定的政策,其目的或许不在拯救机场,而是拯救吕梁航空事业成绩单,是为KPI冲刺。
