4月25日消息，国家知识产权局日前召开“2015中国知识产权发展状况”新闻发布会，正式公布2015年国内各家企业的发明专利申请受理量排名情况，排在前七位的企业依次为中兴、OPPO、华为、小米、奇虎、京东方和联想。
值得注意的是，如果单就通信类专业来看，中兴、OPPO和华为分列前三名，三家的发明专利申请数量分别为3516、3338和3216件。作为顶尖的通讯行业厂商，中兴和华为在移动互联网以及3G、4G方面积累了大量的专利，两者排名之高自然不会让人意外。
OPPO能够跻身通信类专业第二名引人瞩目，其专利申请主要聚焦在高价值和高质量的专利，例如拍照、VOOC闪充 以及旋转摄像头等领域，截止到2016年4月10日，OPPO已公开专利和专利申请共7054件，其中发明专利6025件，实用新型专利831件，外观设计专利198件；发明授权共677件，其中发明专利占比85.4%。
