IT资讯讯 历时近两年时间，新浪微博诉脉脉侵权抓取使用用户信息一案终于结审，脉脉被判不正当竞争，赔偿新浪微博经济损失200万元等。

4月26日，海淀法院审结了微梦创科公司诉淘友天下技术公司、淘友天下科技发展公司不正当竞争纠纷案，法院认定二被告非法抓取、使用新浪微博用户信息等行为构成不正当竞争，判决停止不正当竞争行为，赔偿经济损失200万元等。
