4月25日晚，阿里健康发布公告称，香港收购及并购委员会于2016年4月23日，就阿里巴巴于2014年收购中信21世纪做出非纪律审核中裁定。裁定认为，该收购违反了香港公司收购及并购规则。

该公告显示，阿里巴巴集团将有可能就这一裁定进行上诉，并同时表示，阿里健康将继续作为其旗下的医药健康旗舰子公司。

公开资料显示，2014年1月23日，中信21世纪有限公司发布公告称，阿里巴巴集团联手云锋基金，以约13.27亿港元认购中信21世纪配售的44.23亿股股份，联合实现控股。交易完成后，阿里巴巴集团和云锋基金将持有中信21世纪约54.3%的股份，其中阿里巴巴集团持股38.1%，云锋基金持股16.2%。

中信21世纪当时拥有的一项核心业务就是运营药品电子监管码，阿里巴巴收购后成为了运维方。但就在今年年初，多家药品零售企业公开指责阿里运营电子监管码涉及不正当竞争。国家食品药品监督管理总局随后发布公告，暂停执行备受争议的药品电子监管相关规定。

在药品方面受挫的阿里健康，近期在医疗服务方面加大了力度，在远程医疗、家庭医生、商业健康险方面进行了诸多探索，包括入股华润万东旗下的万里云公司，开展远程医疗影像服务，以及与中国太平共同成立互联网健康保险公司等。
