IT资讯讯 4月26日消息，在歌曲版权状况逐渐走向正轨之时，关于MV版权的维权战也已经拉开帷幕。近日，腾讯公司起诉音悦台盗版侵权，共涉及腾讯独家版权的452首英皇MV，5案共索赔总额1371万元。

据悉，这些MV涉及的歌手包括谢霆锋、容祖儿、twins、林峰、古巨基、巫启贤、王祖蓝等。该系列案已经开庭，尚未宣判。

去年7月，国家版权局发布《关于责令网络音乐服务商停止未经转授权传播音乐作品的通知》，在此之后，酷狗音乐、酷我音乐、QQ音乐、虾米音乐、天天动听、网易云音乐等音乐平台纷纷通过不同方式发出声明，表示将下架相关未授权作品。

国家版权局副局长阎晓宏近日指出，视频领域正版率已非常高，音乐领域问题较多，但是不付费使用作品的时代过去了。
