在高级管理人员中,有一人的薪酬范围在2.55亿港元至3.15亿港元之间,还有一位薪酬在1.95亿港元至2.55亿港元,还有十名人员的薪酬范围在80万港元至6000万港元之间。

在给员工发高薪的背后,腾讯还有一个薪酬委员会。财报显示,这一委员会仅由非执行董事组成。其成员包括Ian Charles Stone、李东生(二人均为独立非执行董事)及Jacobus Petrus (Koos) Bekker(非执行董事)。其中Ian Charles Stone担任薪酬委员会主席。
