被告公司认可涉案文章中3次提及的“王思聪”是指原告本人，但游戏名称里的“思聪”以及文章中所提“国民老公力荐游戏《思聪的日子》”中的“国民老公”则与原告无关。两篇涉案文章已删除，故原告主张的经济赔偿没有事实依据。

因双方需继续举证，此案未审理完毕。庭审最后，原告明确表示拒绝调解。
