　　经查，沈震严重违反廉洁纪律，利用职务上的便利谋取私利，特别是在其担任柳州市国土资源局党委书记、局长期间，干预和插手土地整理、土地开发、房地产建设、矿山开采等市场经济活动，为他人谋取利益，并索取、收受他人财物，数额巨大，涉嫌受贿犯罪。
