　　新华社南宁4月27日电（记者覃星星、钟泉盛） 记者从桂林通航有限责任公司了解到，该公司26日失联的直升机已确认失事，两名飞行员未能生还。

　　桂林通航公司通报称，当地政府、民航中南地区管理局、武警官兵及公司救援小组经过接近24小时的全力搜救，已于27日上午在桂林市永福县堡里乡水口庙山区找到飞机残骸，2名飞行员未能生还。

　　据初步了解，事发当时现场天气情况恶劣。桂林通航公司有关负责人表示，对同事遇难深感痛心，已向遇难飞行员家属通报情况并表示沉痛哀悼，后续将妥善做好家属安抚工作。公司将在政府及民航局主导下，对具体原因进行全面排查，相关调查结果将通过官方微博及时公布。

　　4月26日11时20分许，桂林通航公司一架机型为B-7549/R44的直升机在由桂林芦笛岩内部调机飞往北海途中，于桂林市永福县堡里乡与地面失去联系。机上有2名飞行员，无乘客。
