甘肃徽县两任原房管所长“前仆后继”落马
中新网兰州4月27日电 (雷强 崔琳)27日，甘肃陇南徽县人民检察院微信公众号对外披露，2013年至2015年，该院反渎职侵权局先后立案查办了陇南徽县两任原房管所长涉嫌渎职犯罪案。“前仆后继”落马的王某某和韩某，一个滥用职权违反规定为他人办理虚假房产证，一个玩忽职守不认真审查业务资料，为某公司办理房屋他项权证触犯法律，接连被免职。

　　据徽县检方介绍，韩某于2016年4月8日被法院判决免于刑事处罚。王某某案发免职后，不料韩某上任继续犯事被免职。

　　2013年12月中旬，徽县检察院反渎职侵权局依法受理原该县房管所所长王某某涉嫌滥用职权线索。检方经侦查取证，发现王某某在担任徽县房管所所长期间，违反国家相关法律、法规及房管所业务流程，为胡某某违法办理徽县某养殖场八本房产证，之后又违规给胡某某没有任何建筑物的六处房屋地基违规办理六本房产证。

　　随后，胡某某用这十四本内容虚假的房产证在徽县多家金融机构抵押贷款298万元，该批贷款于2013年5月底全部到期，截止2013年年底，欠利息1359855.25元，本息合计4339855.25元，至今未归还，胡某某因骗取贷款罪判处有期徒刑。身为徽县房管所所长的王某某，在其位视权利为儿戏，滥用手中职权，违法颁发房产证，致使国家财产遭受重大损失，造成恶劣社会影响。

　　检察官“以案说法”称，徽县两任房管所长王某某和韩某“前仆后继”触犯法律，使我们充分认识到预防职务犯罪的重要性和必要性，其行为给社会、家庭和个人带来了难以挽回的危害和影响。以上两个案件的查处，再次警示公职人员，尤其是“有权”和“热点”岗位的公职人员，在今后工作中，要常怀律己之心，把权力用在为民众谋利益上，自觉用党纪国法约束自己，用制度规范自己，正确履职，营造风清气正的干事创业氛围。
