巡视组：银监会个别单位报销高尔夫球场消费6.47万
人民网北京4月27日电（薛白）27日，中纪委网站发布了中国银监会党委关于巡视整改情况的通报。

　　银监会发布的通报中披露，针对河南信阳银监分局原局长姜凤黎违规操办子女婚宴不处理问题，给予姜凤黎撤销党内职务、行政撤职处分，并要求退还婚宴收受礼金。

　　对于“对辽宁银监局违规提拔干部负有领导责任的党委书记、局长不追责”问题，银监会党委已于2015年11月给予其党内警告处分。

　　对于个别领导干部长期隐瞒其妻加入美国国籍的事实问题，银监会党委于2015年11月在专项巡视期间即给予当事人撤销党内职务、行政降级处分；对于会管金融机构分支机构个别领导干部在巡视期间才报告本人及配偶、子女于2013年取得加拿大永久居留权问题，给予当事人撤销党内职务、行政降级处分。

　　针对4家会管金融机构超配6名班子成员问题，研究确定自然退出、内部交流等消化措施，随着2016年4家会管金融机构共7人到达退休年龄，超配问题将得到解决；各银监局2016年一季度整改消化7名超配干部，当前超配干部存量52名，全部为科级干部，可按期消化完毕。

　　银监会还表示，推动“裸官”治理常态化，形成“裸官”正常报告调整和日常监督检查机制；根据会管金融机构实际情况加强对“裸官”的分类治理，使清理“裸官”与引进人才并行不悖。深入整治干部档案造假问题，目前档案专项审核的初审和复审阶段工作基本完成，组织认定和问题处理工作正在全面推进。

　　针对山东烟台银行业协会和山西运城银监分局副局长宋成华公款旅游问题，给予烟台银行业协会秘书长苏浩党内严重警告处分，给予直接责任人时任运城银监分局党委委员、副局长贾孟飞党内警告处分，同时视情节给予宋成华等相关责任人严肃处理。
