　　本月29日是国共两党领导人发布“两岸和平发展共同愿景”11周年纪念日，也是汪辜会谈双方签署有关协议23周年纪念日。

　　安峰山指出，23年前，在“九二共识”基础上举行的汪辜会谈，开创了两岸制度化协商机制，标志着两岸关系迈出了历史性的重要一步。实践证明，要保持两岸关系和平发展方向和良好势头，关键是要巩固反对“台独”、坚持“九二共识”的共同政治基础。

　　他强调，有了这个基础，两岸关系就能继续向前发展，两岸民众的权益与福祉就能得到维护和增进。如果这个基础遭到破坏，两岸关系就会重回动荡不安的老路，和平发展成果就会得而复失。

　　他说，11年前国共两党领导人为两岸关系指出一条光明大道，2008年以来两党、两岸双方与两岸同胞推动落实“共同愿景”，两岸关系和平发展取得丰硕成果。这一局面来之不易，需要倍加珍惜。当前两岸关系再次来到方向和道路选择的重要关口，我们希望继续坚持共同政治基础，保持两岸关系和平发展正确方向和良好势头，维护好两岸民众利益和福祉。

　　关于国台办与陆委会联系沟通机制、两会商谈机制会否中断的提问，安峰山指出，联系沟通机制之所以能建立，两会之所以能恢复商谈、签署协议，是建立在双方均坚持“九二共识”这个共同政治基础之上的。

　　台湾记者问及，近日大陆有媒体、智库就两岸关系所做民调针对“武统”进行了调查，发言人对此有何评论？

　　安峰山表示，不对具体民调发表评论。他表示，大陆对台大政方针是明确的、一贯的。我们将坚持“九二共识”的政治基础，继续推进两岸关系和平发展，推进两岸各领域的交流合作，促进两岸同胞的利益福祉，拉近两岸的心灵距离，增进两岸同胞对两岸命运共同体的认知。同时，我们也坚决反对任何形式“台独”分裂活动，坚决维护国家的主权和领土完整，绝不允许国家分裂的历史悲剧重演。
