  【环球网综合报道】外媒称,中国企业斥资3.685亿欧元拿下希腊最大港口比雷埃夫斯的控股权。北京的胃口日渐膨胀,并未停下在全球购买海港的脚步,已经将触角伸向阿尔及利亚、澳大利亚、加拿大、巴基斯坦等国。


  据《俄罗斯报》4月26日报道,专家认为,北京意在控制海上交通要道,确保本国商品最快捷地运抵西方消费者手中。但在这一并购版图上,暂时不见俄罗斯的身影。


  比雷埃夫斯港距雅典不远,北京欲将它打造为吞吐从亚洲输往欧洲货物的大型国际转运枢纽,它与中国欲在阿尔及利亚的舍尔沙勒兴建并运营港口的计划可谓相得益彰。后者理当成为地中海最大的海上运输中心。北京出手阔绰,已与阿国政府签署了总额33亿美元的协议。

  另有分析人士指出,大举购买港口属于“21世纪海上丝绸之路”宏伟计划的框架之内,而后者则是北京所提出的“一带一路”经济主张的组成要素。它意在加强与东南亚、中东、非洲及欧盟国家的经济合作,优化贸易进程。


  报道称,而俄罗斯及其海港暂未受到中国的垂青。当然,不时会传出两国在这方面存在联合项目的新闻,也有中国对俄港口资产感兴趣的报道。例如,中国某投资基金便成为亚马尔液化天然气一体化项目的联合投资方,该项目也包含港口设施。
