　　参考消息网4月27日报道 港媒称，内地民间捐血意识不足，每逢农历新年前后多地医院均会陷入“血荒”，虽然官方想出“互助献血”鼓励病人亲友捐血，却沦为黑市“血头”牟利途径。江苏苏州揭发有贩血组织安排卖血者假扮病人亲友捐血，再收购他们的“献血凭证”，高价转卖予急需输血开刀的病人，变相卖血，有血贩年收入可高达上百万元。

　　据香港《东方日报》网站4月27日报道，内地记者近日走访苏州大学附属第一医院调查，发现当地血库的血液供应紧张，除非是病人有生命危险时，医院才可以紧急调用，否则若是一般住院输血，必须由病人自己想办法。医院提出让病人亲友“互助献血”，即亲友到捐血站捐血后，会获发“献血凭证”，病人就可凭证向医院换取相等输血量。

　　但由很多病人都不是苏州当地人，也没有亲友在当地居住，病人急需“用血”时，便不能通过“互助献血”来换血。为满足血液需求，涉黑市交易的“血头”乘势冒起。

　　记者调查发现，血贩经常聚集在苏州市红十字中心血站的马路边招生意，他们分工明确，组织主脑主要负责接单;其他成员则负责在网上招募卖血者，安排他们假扮病人亲友，再将“献血凭证”高价卖给病人家属。

　　经记者询问得知，血贩卖血价格比医院高出近四倍，其中每二百毫升的全血售1000元（人民币、下同），两个单位的血小板则售1200元。在一笔交易中，若卖血者捐出两个单位的血小板可获400元，而血贩就能从中赚取800元。有血贩称每日平均有20多宗交易，年收入高达十万至20万元，而组织主脑更可获上百万元。

　　报道又指，血贩轻易就能将“献血凭证”卖给病人，质疑医院监管不力，没有核实捐血者与病人之间的关系。记者事后将卖血情况向苏州市红十字中心血站反映，但对方却指没有执法权，应交由公安部门管理。但在记者报案后一小时，血贩依旧在血站附近活动，警方亦没有派人前往调查。附近警务室职员更称：“有些人需要血，说得好听点（血贩）也是救人命！”
