随着网络游戏的风靡，越来越多的网虫沉迷于各类网络游戏。然而，在玩游戏刷机升级的过程中，游戏装备的好坏往往对升级有着至关重要的作用。于是，一些不法份子瞄准了这一赚钱机遇，打起了卖游戏装备的主意。可偏偏有一位95后小伙子，不仅想要靠卖装备赚钱，还想靠PS技术销售根本就不存在的假装备来赚钱。
记者从浙江丽水青田县法院了解到，日前，在青田法院的审判庭上，20岁出头的吴某讲述了自己如何通过网络，在各个游戏平台上发布可以低价售卖网络虚拟产品，然后骗取对方Q币后再兑换成人民币的犯罪事实。
据悉，2015年初，沉迷于网络游戏的吴某，在玩游戏过程中被人以低价售卖游戏装备的方式骗了几百块钱。然而，被骗后的吴某却萌发了自己也可以通过这样的方式骗取他人钱财的想法，于是，他就开始研究策划起他的骗人攻略。
同年3月份，吴某就开始在“穿越火线、战地之王、天天酷跑”等游戏上面以低价卖装备的方式去骗钱。吴某介绍，他在游戏里面发消息称低价卖装备，他一般会告诉对方玩家可以把原价几百块钱的装备以80元钱的价格出售，对方如果愿意买，他就会让对方先给自己的QQ账号充值30元的Q币作为定金。然后再让对方把账号和密码告诉他，他再假装登录对方的账号把起需要的装备买起来，再通过软件做一张成功购买装备的截图发给对方，接着对方就会把剩余的尾款以充值Q币的方式转账给自己。
吴某表示，一般收到钱后，对方玩家都会追问为何没有收到装备，他就再编造一个借口称其QQ没有开通会员或是没有绑定，让对方再给自己充值Q币。而接下来，他还会以“IP地址不符”“对方账号异常”等诸如此类的借口让对方继续给自己充值Q币。“一般我骗到两三千块钱后我就不继续骗了，我怕骗太多对方会报警，所以我事后都会直接把对方在QQ上拉黑。”
从2015年3月至12月，吴某通过这样的方式相继骗了不少游戏玩家，每次骗到的Q币价值从几十元到几百元再到几千元，总共加起来共计4万多元人民币。因为骗到手的都是Q币，所以，吴某又通过网络寻找到了一个网名为“重来网络”的网友(另案处理)，将骗得的Q币以0.89的比率向对方兑换套现，非法获利近4万元人民币。12月4日，吴某在老家被民警抓获归案。
随后，青田法院依法审理了这一案件。该院认为，吴某以非法占有为目的，以虚构事实的方法骗取他人财物，数额较大，其行为已构成诈骗罪。遂以犯诈骗罪，判处吴某有期徒刑十个月，并处罚金人民币5000元；另吴某的家属代为退出40420元人民币给所有被害人。
