市场监管局突击检查，封存氮气罐
事情源于南京消费者杨鸿的一个实名举报。今年4月中旬，长期从事打假的南京消费者杨鸿向媒体及南京市江宁区市场监管局举报称，位于南京市江宁区的康师傅生产企业——顶津食品公司在生产优悦饮用水时，涉嫌添加工业氮气。
4月18日上午，南京市江宁区市场监管局执法人员突击检查了位于江宁区的顶津食品公司。在现场，执法人员发现了两罐液氮。该瓶身除了“液氮”二字外，未有其他相关标示。由于无法确定该液氮属于食品级还是工业级，执法人员封存了两罐液氮，并随后进行送检。
18日下午，澎湃新闻记者来到南京顶津食品有限公司。巧合的是，当天该企业并未生产，一位负责此事的宋厂长告诉澎湃新闻，他们并不知道已被举报，而停产是因为由于仓库已满，当天正在施行保养计划。

至于为何使用氮气却没有在产品标示上进行注明，该负责人称由于总公司有相关的发言人制度，工厂不具有发言权。

同时，会上康师傅公司还提供了一份由中国饮料工业协会于4月20日发表的说明。该说明提及，“氮气”是在饮料行业中广泛应用的加工助剂，可在各类食品加工过程中使用，残留量并不需要进行限定。
该声明同时称，国家卫计委2014年发布的“GB 7718《食品安全国家标准预包装食品标签通则》（修订版）实施问答”第三十四条规定：“加工助剂不需要标识”，因此在饮料中使用氮气作为加工助剂无需进行标签标示。
公开资料显示，中国饮料工业协会副理事长之一韦俊贤，目前担任康师傅集团行政总裁。
长期关注食品药品安全的律师、江苏建康律师事务所主任王金宝对澎湃细问分析，食品添加剂分为广义与狭义两种类型，广义的食品添加剂包括食品工业用加工助剂。换言之，如果添加食品级的加工助剂，是法律许可的，并不违法。

那么，康师傅饮用水为何添加氮气呢？
对此，康师傅新闻发言人贾先德对澎湃新闻解释，添加氮气是该饮用水生产加工过程中，包装环节中的一种加工工艺，也是企业综合多方面因素选择的一种工艺方式。
康师傅公司称，在饮用水的制造过程中，采购食品级氮气作为加工助剂，氮气的使用可以将瓶内遗留的空气排出，让产品质量更安全放心，使得加工工艺更为稳定，便于产品的运输和存储。
不过，此前曾有网友提出质疑，如果是为了增加握力，极有可能是由于该饮用水瓶身较薄，填充氮气来防止变形。
对此，贾先德也表示，在解决产品变形的问题中，企业可以选择填充氮气，也可以选择增加瓶身材质厚度。这两种生产工艺，包括康师傅在内的饮品企业都可以根据自身需求进行选择，康师傅所有饮品中，也并非在生产过程中都添加氮气。
对于外界有关“添加氮气是为了降低成本”的怀疑，贾先德予以否认，表示他们选择使用氮气填充与节约成本无关。
此外，贾先德还表示，优悦水产品质量符合国家标准，因此暂时不会改变“添加氮气”的做法。
