4月27日消息,主题为“风口上的网红经济”的潘谈会昨日在北京举办。SOHO中国董事长潘石屹、网红达人同道大叔等嘉宾就近期“网红经济”热的现象一起讨论各自观点。潘石屹认为,其实网红过早商业化变现是一件很危险的事,因为网红的观点要做到客观公正中立,如果只想着靠影响力去变现,这个事情是非常可怕的。

以下为网易就潘石屹在现场主要观点整理:

我是在做(这次)节目之前第一次听说(自己)是网红,(之前)我不知道什么是网红。别人跟我解释了半天,我说这不就是当年说的大V吗?

其实,我觉得说真话的人最容易成为网红:不管他讲的是什么口音,不管他说的话有多大错,包括我们几个人今天说的话也可能全是错的,但如果能把大家的智慧启发起来,(就有意义)。我觉得一个人能够通过互联网把自己的真实观点表现出来,把自己的缺点表现出来,能够启发大家,这就是最大的网红。

网红火了,谁会不高兴?

这是个好问题。我觉得网红最重要的一个特点,就是要有草根气质,能够代表草根,这点特别重要。既然他有草根气质,什么样的人会不高兴呢?有权利的人不高兴,有钱人不高兴,长得漂亮的不高兴。因为这三种人他们认为自己不是草根,高高在上。

我(最早)从博客开始用,每一周写一篇。(但有时网上有人吵架很厉害)我记得韩寒(有一次)和一个作者吵架。等我过了两个月碰到这个作者的时候,问他在忙什么?说是住了两个月的院——被韩寒骂得住了两个月的院——所以见到网络就害怕。

记得当年在写博客的年代,(一直告诉自己)尽量在博客等(社交网站)上不要吵架,不要出口伤人,我觉得这是一个基本原则。

后来转移到微博,我大概有一个多月不太适应,因为写过长文章,总想在前面铺垫一点,要考虑文章的结构怎么写。可是微博一开始控制140个字,要在140个字里面把一个问题说清楚(不容易)。所以大概一个月没怎么写,后面才慢慢找到感觉了。

我觉得自己最痴迷于写微博,是粉丝数量快一百万的时候,这是一个转折点。写任何一个东西,有一百万人看,我觉得了不得。所以天天在琢磨,早上起来也琢磨,睡觉的时候也琢磨,就是写怎么样的文字,什么样的话题别人愿意看,我反复试。

有一个特别重要的秘诀,就是要用能够感动自己的语言,说真话。我自己(经常)会看完这140个字里以后都泪汪汪的,这条东西发出去,肯定转发的、浏览的数非常的多。

但是当有一千万粉丝的时候我就无所谓了,没感觉了。

现在资本都在助力网红,帮助网红做商业化,实现变现。我觉得这是一件很危险的事情。因为网红需要发表自己的观点,这个观点要客观,公正,中立。如果人们是想靠你的影响力,想靠大家相信你的思想与观点,去换成钱,这个事情我觉得是非常可怕的。

我曾经经历过一件事情,当时我每天早起第一件事情就是公布北京PM2.5值,持续了两年时间。而大概一年半前我遭受了巨大的压力——面临着很大危险的压力,可我还在持续地公布PM2.5。这使我的粉丝量急剧增高,大家觉得这个人比较勇敢,人家都不让公布了。(但包括)外交部发言人出来说不让公布的时候,我还天天早上起来发布,没有附加任何自己的评论,就是公布北京PM2.5值。

这件事让我取得了大家的信任。

可是我从来没有把这个事变现,很多人来找我,要我代言空气净化器的品牌。我说一定要离的远远的。如果把别人对我的信心马上转变成商业价值,变成钱,我觉得于心不忍,也不应该这样做。

一个网红最重要的价值就是发表自己有价值的观点,能够站得住脚的观点,能够经得起历史和时间考验的观点,而千万不要为了一些名一些利,急于去变现,所以我说这是危险的。

商业有商业的规则,应该按照商业的规则去做。

商业最大的规则,首先应该让人想到,你为周围的人、为这个社会做了什么好的产品,提供了什么好的服务,剩下的就是你的销售额、税收,是这个社会自然而然的负载,对你的回馈。甚至我接触到一些创业者把上市作为目的,上市绝对不是目的。目的只应该有一个,就是我们生产的产品和我们提供的服务是什么。上市只是一个中间的过程。

网红经济的变现价值,我觉得正是在于他的批判性,不是说这个产品如何好,而是说别的产品如何的差,把它的缺点、错误指出来,好的东西人都会去欣赏。如果说他们通过他的影响力,通过他专业知识,能够让人避免上当受骗,这就是网红的商业价值,这就是他变现的正道。
