　　西安网讯 4月28日12时40分许，在福银高速蓝田段草坪隧道口前200米处，一辆车牌号为陕AG7597的长途客车起火，造成8人死亡5人受伤，经公安机关初步勘查，系一起劫持纵火刑事案件。接报后，省委常委、市委书记魏民洲，副省长杜航伟，市长上官吉庆第一时间赶赴现场，指挥处置和伤员抢救工作。

　　魏民洲、杜航伟、上官吉庆现场察看并听取案件有关情况后，对伤员救治和善后工作作出部署。一是立即组织卫生、公安、消防、交通等部门开展救援，不惜一切代价，全力抢救伤员，尽最大努力把伤亡降到最低。二是公安部门立即成立专案组，全力侦破案件。三是妥善做好伤亡人员家属的安抚及善后等工作，及时向社会公布 医疗救治和案件调查情况。四是加强社会面防控，维护社会安全稳定。
