原标题：最高人民法院出台宪法宣誓组织办法
为增强宪法意识，激励和教育人民法院工作人员忠于宪法、遵守宪法、维护宪法，最高人民法院制订了《最高人民法院关于宪法宣誓的组织办法》（以下简称《办法》），于近日正式公布并施行。
据介绍，为进一步明确最高人民法院组织宪法宣誓仪式的具体内容，最高人民法院政治部根据全国人大常委会《关于实行宪法宣誓制度的决定》，结合近年组织开展法官宣誓情况，研究起草了《办法》。
《办法》规定，全国人大常委会任命的最高人民法院副院长、审判委员会委员、庭长、副庭长、审判员和军事法院院长，在依照法定程序产生后，须进行宪法宣誓，最高人民法院其他国家工作人员在就职时，须进行宪法宣誓。
宪法宣誓誓词为：我宣誓：忠于中华人民共和国宪法，维护宪法权威，履行法定职责，忠于祖国、忠于人民，恪尽职守、廉洁奉公，接受人民监督，为建设富强、民主、文明、和谐的社会主义国家努力奋斗！
《办法》明确，宣誓场所应当庄重、严肃，悬挂中华人民共和国国旗或者国徽，领誓人、宣誓人统一着法袍或者其他制式服装、正装，宣誓仪式可以采取单独宣誓或者集体宣誓的形式，举行宣誓仪式时应当奏唱中华人民共和国国歌。
最高人民法院政治部有关负责人表示，虽然《办法》适用范围不包括地方法院国家工作人员，但各地法院在省（区、市）人大常委会具体组织办法未出台前，组织宪法宣誓仪式时可以参照《办法》执行，举行重要活动时组织的重温誓词活动，亦可参照本《办法》执行。（记者 罗书臻）
