　　据了解，2015年2月，黑龙江省大庆市公安局治安管理支队在开展缉枪治爆工作中获得一条线索：林甸县居民苏某经常伙同他人，使用猎枪在林甸、齐齐哈尔、安达等地非法狩猎。

　　经初查，发现苏某确实爱好狩猎，并可能非法持有枪支。警方成立专案组进一步侦查，发现苏某、刘某、王某、金某等10人均爱好狩猎，都有非法持有枪支嫌疑，相互关系有交叉，之间并不完全熟识，交流时均用暗语，非法狩猎时警惕性非常高。

　　2015年3至5月份，涉案人员多次进行非法狩猎活动。期间，专案组多次准备实施抓捕行动，但考虑到地理环境、现场人员情况影响，为防止涉案人员遗弃枪支，隐匿证据，无法对其进行有效打击，最终放弃了抓捕，对该伙人员继续监控。

　　2016年春节过后，正值各种鸟类回归季节，专案组发现该伙人员又开始从事非法狩猎活动。为及时收缴非法枪支，消除社会安全隐患，打击犯罪，专案组在全面掌握10名涉案人员活动规律的基础上，于3月31日凌晨4时许，在有关部门的支持配合下，组织抓捕行动。分别在大庆市林甸县、让胡路区及安达市等地对苏某、刘某、王某等10人分别进行同时控制，对涉案人员居住地、落脚点、经常活动场所进行了认真细致的搜查。共查获各类枪支8支。其中，猎枪3支，口径枪1支，气枪4支。查获各类子弹1万余发。其中，猎枪子弹184发、口径枪子弹151发、五六式军用步枪子弹26发，发令枪子弹100发、实心铅弹11560发，空弹壳7枚，高压气瓶1个，加压气泵1个。

　　经审，王某某(男、54岁，林甸县人)、金某某(男，38岁，林甸县人)、刘某(男，59岁，大庆市人)、刘某某(男，40岁，安达市人)、李某某(男，44岁，林甸县人)等对非法持有枪支、弹药犯罪事实供认不讳。

　　目前，犯罪嫌疑人李某某(男，44岁，林甸县人)被取保候审，其他犯罪嫌疑人被刑事拘留，案件正在进一步工作中。(完)
