中新网4月28日电 国防部新闻发言人吴谦上校今日回应美国军方即将进行新一轮在南海的“航行自由”行动时表示，美方的所谓“航行自由”行动对中方构成政治和军事挑衅，极易导致海空不测事件，是十分危险的。我们将继续严密监视海空情况，并根据需要采取一切必要措施。

　　国防部今日举行4月例行记者会，有记者问，据媒体报道，美国军方即将进行新一轮在南海的“航行自由”行动，不过报道并没有透露具体的时间以及这次是否会驶进中国岛礁的12海里范围内，但可以肯定的是，这将是美国自去年10月以来第三次到中国南海岛礁相关海域。请问对此有何评论？

　　吴谦说，美方很喜欢拿“航行自由”说事，摆出一副为世界和平操碎了心的样子。但事实上，南海的航行自由不存在问题，反而是美方所谓的“航行自由”行动搅乱了南海局势，破坏了地区稳定，损害了沿岸国家的安全利益。“航行自由”已经成为美方插手南海争议的一个借口。
