法制晚报讯（记者 张婷）年底前，京台高速北京段有望通车。记者上午从市交通委了解到，包括这条路在内，未来5年本市将陆续建成7条高速路，打通京津冀路面主动脉。
截至去年年底，本市已拥有981公里高速公路。预计明年，随着京秦等高速路打通，京津冀三地之间的高速“断头路”将彻底消失。其中，被称为“七环”的首都地区环线高速——密涿高速也有望在明年打通。
此外，今年年底16号线1期将开通。届时，本市轨道交通总里程将增长到574公里。而到2020年，北京轨道交通运营里程将有望达到900公里。
三地高速“断头路” 明年打通
京台高速北京段全长26.6公里，双向8车道，最高设计时速达120公里。据市交通委介绍，今年年底前这条路有望通车，为本市城区到新机场以及京津间空港接驳提速。
此外，京津冀三地之间仅剩的两条高速“断头路”，明年也有望打通。其中，京秦高速北京段仅6.6公里，预计今年动工。这条路将成为京哈高速的重要补充，有效加强天津北部、唐山、秦皇岛地区与北京直接的交通联系。
另一条待打通的“断头路”是首都地区环线高速——密涿高速（大兴通州替代线），其一度被称为北京的“七环”。原规划是由张承、张涿和廊涿等高速路组成，全长约940公里。其中，北京境内包括密涿高速和承平高速两段，全长约90公里，位于大兴、通州和平谷区界内。
交通部门相关负责人说，今年底，密涿高速大兴至通州段就将启动建设，全长约38公里。
去崇礼滑雪 路程缩短70公里
今年4月初，兴延高速石峡隧道首次爆破成功。兴延高速公路是延庆世园会重点配套工程之一，也将为2022年北京冬奥会提供交通支撑。工程于2015年10月动工，计划于2018年底完工通车。据市交通委介绍，兴延高速还将继续以高速形式北延至崇礼——延崇路。
延崇路起点位于延庆张山营镇，终点位于崇礼太子城，全长约81公里，其中北京段全长约16公里。这条路将成为北京冬奥会的重要赛场联络线。市交通委相关负责人表示，未来这两条路开通后，市民可以一路高速直通崇礼的滑雪场，路程预计可以缩短70公里。
承平高速北京段 3年内建成
市交通委透露，预计3年内，承平高速北京段也将建成。这条路南起平谷区与河北三河市交界处，北延至京平高速后，利用现京平高速（需改造扩建）至夏各庄，然后向东北进入山区，沿金海湖北侧接入红石门沟，与河北兴隆县衔接。
此外，还有一条筹建的高速路是109国道，这条路升级为高速后，起点西五环路，终点为市界，与河北张涿高速（首都地区环线高速公路西段）相接，路线经海淀、石景山、门头沟。这条路开通后，市民从北京到河北涿鹿的车程将减少1小时。
“十三五”期间，京津冀还将新增5条新国道，分别为G335（承德—塔城）、G234（兴隆—阳江）、G230（通化—武汉）、G509（京唐港—通州）和G105（北京-澳门）。 另据市交通委透露，京津冀三地规划连通的10条公路中，良常路等6条路正在进行对接。预计今年5月京津冀三地交通部门的联席会上，北京跟河北还将新增6条路规划对接。这些路将分别拥有两个名字：一个是北京的，还有一个是天津或河北的。
比如北京房山区的良常路，在河北被称为京白公路，这两条路如今隔空相望、中间差着不足10公里。这两条路在市界对接后，从北京奔白沟至少能节约40分钟。
其他看点 本市轨道交通 2020年达900公里
记者昨日从市交通委获悉，今年年底，16号线1期将开通。16号线北起北清路北安河，南至丰台区宛平城，全线共设车站29座。由于建设难度较大，将采取分段开通的方式。今年年底，16号线将开通西苑站至北安河站10座车站，并在西苑站连接地铁4号线。线路全长20公里，全程运行时间约为20分钟。
16号线1期开通后，本市轨道交通总里程将增长到574公里。而到2020年，北京轨道交通运营里程将有望达到900公里。届时，市民在中心城区平均走700米到1000米，就能碰到一座地铁站。
此外，轨道交通也迎来黄金建设期。今年本市计划有20个项目开工建设，在建里程达到393.9公里。“十三五”期间，京津冀三地将持续建设完善干线铁路、城际铁路、市郊铁路和地铁四层轨道网。
干线铁路网方面，京霸城际可研获批，京张、京沈高铁都在施工；城际铁路网将成为京津冀主要城市群间的绿色通道，到2020年这张线网的规模将达到1355公里。
值得一提的是，市郊铁路的“样板间”——平谷线也正在筹划中，该线路全长72公里，建成后平谷居民45分钟可抵达市区。
