公安部：尽快制定境外非政府组织申请登记代表机构

　　发布会上，有记者提问称：“刚才说到登记管理机关要抓紧制定境外非政府组织在华的活动与和项目目录，这是不是意味着公安部门要尽快建立一个目录，这个目录是不是就是规定不在这个目录上的项目是不能申请的？换句话说，可以起到让一些项目能进入，一些项目不进入中国，是吗？之前有一些公安大学的教授访谈当中也提到了一些例子，前几天公安也公布了一些所谓的违法事实，比如广东那边有劳工组织受境外的劳工组织的唆使，还提到一些性别权利平等的组织，我想问一下，这些组织会不会有可能成为不受欢迎的非政府组织？”

　　对此，公安部境外非政府组织管理办公室负责人郝云宏回应称，法律颁布以后，离法律实施还有一段时间，作为境外非政府组织登记管理机关，我们要履行好这个职责还有大量的工作要做，您提到的只是其中的一项。首先，我们要尽快的研究制定境外非政府组织申请登记代表机构，包括开展临时活动的一套程序和办法，我们会及时的发布程序和办事指南，为他们提供指引和便利。
