今天上午，这起被称为新中国成立以来涉案人数最多的合同诈骗案在一中院开庭审理。据了解，该案已经审理6天，62名被告人多数认罪，预计今天的庭审将进行一天。
检方指控称，自2013年至2014年6月间，中网互赢公司总经理刘晓强（另案处理）指使被告人石淑荣等62人，在海淀区、昌平区等地中网互赢公司内，诱骗被害人王某等259人在该公司完善关键词网络资源，购买付费业务，以此骗取钱款8000余万元。
检方认为，中网互赢公司在签订、履行合同过程中，虚构事实骗取他人财物数额特别巨大，上述被告人应依据不同涉案金额以合同诈骗罪追究刑事责任。
在62名被告人中，有5名为中网互赢公司高管，其中包括34岁的全国行政总监石淑荣；24岁的销售部经理王超；25岁的行政部经理柏璐；30岁的财务部经理申岩；24岁的技术部经理贺晓敏，其余的为业务员。
据了解，一名受害人被骗400万后报警，致中网互赢公司合同案案发。民警循线调查，发现该公司虽然有正规的营业执照，主要是给一些企业做网络域名的维护，但实质上该公司是披着合法外衣诈骗的团伙。该公司员工作案时演起双簧，分别扮演关键词购买或抢注者以及关键词维护公司员工，骗关键词注册人钱财。
该公司为“激励”员工行骗，打出“心比煤黑，人比狼狠”的口号。公司银行账户显示，效益好时一天进账几百万元，员工最多一个月提成高达40万元。
