在会上,汪峰也透露了Fiil耳机的销量,从去年10月份发售到现在共销售了5万只左右。

以下为汪峰演讲实录:

大家好!特别感谢大家可以给出一点时间来,让我首先来到这个舞台上和大家分享我的一些心得。其实无论是在互联网还是科技这两个圈子,我都是属于晚辈,其实只是作为一个跨界者。

今天的主题是“跨界”,我想和大家聊一聊我的一些想法,上台之前我和助手反复地在说今天的PPT我有一些地方可能记不住,该怎么办?你们怎么样能够我让更清楚?在上台前这一分钟,我基本上决定今天不再用这个PPT了,我记得我10月份发布Fiil耳机的时候,就是因为一直盯着PPT,曾经有几个瞬间我都不知道我在说什么,可能说错了,所以今天我想脱开这个稿。

想跟大家聊一聊跨界,可能这个词在现在很时髦,其实它对于我来讲已经有很久很久它在我身上不断地发声。作为一个音乐创作者、表达者,其实我是5岁开始学小提琴的,上了音乐学院,我第一次的跨界应该是在18岁的时候,那个时候我决定好像我更有兴趣的是写一些歌,偷偷地在我的琴房里面哼一些我自己想得起来的旋律。

我差不多到22岁的时候真正想到第一次跨界,我决定我要做摇滚乐,我要唱歌,那个时候我把小提琴放下,我想我更多的时间应该去写歌,唱出我自己的生活。

23岁的时候我毕业,然后就开始走上这条路,10几年过去之后,我在音乐方面应该是取得了一点点的成就。最让我开心的是我写的一些歌曲居然可以有不少人喜欢,而且有共鸣。其

实这个对于一个音乐人来讲是莫大的一种幸福。

之后随着年龄慢慢地增长,我记得我大概在37、38岁的时候,我开始想我应该怎么样还能更好?我应该怎么样能够让我希望中的音乐,我自己个人的很多的追求和抱负可以更好。我想来想去,好像在我个人的价值上面,几乎如果以世俗的眼光,不知道该怎么往上呢?大家也许不理解我这个话的意思,如果我面对我的经纪人,如果我面对我的合作伙伴,他们会问我也会说我现在一场演出多少钱,我现在的演唱会做了多大的规模,我在鸟巢做了最大的演唱会,我可以达到一个什么样的体量在我的一个音乐人的生涯当中。后来我发现那个不是我追求的尽头,还有什么办法呢?我就在想也许有一些领域我要去到,终究它会实现我更多的理想。

这个想法大概产生在2013年,2013年底的时候,就有了我的好朋友,有那么几个互联网圈的、科技圈的他们来到我身边说不如我们做一款产品,也许可以延续你对音乐的梦想。好,我们商量定了,我们要做一款耳机,那就是现在大家所知道的Fiil耳机。

这一次的跨界直到这款耳机生产、销售,我才真正地体会到其实它确实是一款投注到市场上的一个耳机,但是它对于我的意义事实上很大程度上是我音乐和梦想的一个延伸。这个话听着有一点虚,但真的对于我来讲,它是有非常大的实际的意义的。我特别希望许许多多有抱负、有追求、有才华的我所能感知到的在我身边的这些年轻的音乐人,或者有才华的创作者真的不再是过去那种一穷二白,非常非常可怜地乞求、等待所有的机会,但是时代过去了,他们还在那儿。我可以看到的是其中99.9%的几乎是所有的这些有才华的创作者、表达者、梦想者,其实都留在了原地。这一切我特别迫切地感觉到我应该做一些事情,也许这件事情和一首歌离得不那么近,但是终究他们会受益。

我做的Fiil耳机我想是因为所有这些原动力开始产生,才产生了这一次跨界,我们现在可以聊一聊关于Fiil耳机本身,我6个月前做的Fiil耳机的发布会,今天我不会再说Fiil耳机所有在那个发布会上说的任何的一个形容词、数据。从去年的10月发布会到今天,Fiil耳机大概销售了将近5万只。在一个属于高端的耳机的行列里面这个数不少,但是非常懂行的人知道,这个数并不是一个巨量。

我想这个和我们注入到Fiil耳机核心的理念特别有关系,我可以这样说,我理解的Fiil耳机应该是互联网这个时代里面的具有超级的工匠精神的一款产品。因为如同我写歌,我一定是决定了我要写什么,我忠于我自己的内心,我才会把它创作出来,当它放逐到货架上、市场上所有互联网音乐平台上的时候属于所有的人,而我不会先看市场的卖点是什么?现在流行什么?也许我们会抓住什么,这一切对于我来讲,可能不是我从过去到现在还取得一点成绩的奥秘,而且我始终一定会问自己我想说什么?Fiil耳机也一样,我们不会先去观察周围这个市场到底缺什么?什么是现在最时髦、最流行的,我坚信的一点,当你觉得你抓住了,当这个产品生产持续了,你已经就落到了后面,Fiil耳机也是出于这种角度诞生的。这是我们耳机的一次在我人的跨界当中诞生。

我们再想讲一讲关于这款产品,其实无论你的参加做得多好,Fiil耳机现在的质量有多高,我们永远会碰到一个问题,永远我们的身边人也会问到森海赛尔非常棒,对于你们来讲有没有压力?这三款耳机在我心中,始终是非常非常棒的硬件产品,耳机。我自己在没有Fiil耳机之前更多我听的是森海赛尔,我想说的是我一直有一个心愿,我想做中国人自己可以引以自豪的一只耳机。可是这里面的障碍和难度巨大,因为人都是有习惯性,而且尤其是现在的年轻人,他们会有他们心中的崇拜的对象,而恰巧在这个领域他们崇拜的对象,他们更多知道的就是我刚才所说到的这些来自于国际上的顶尖的产品。但是对于我们来讲,我们一点都没有觉得好像我们比他们差多少,虽然无论是从品牌的知名度还是我们的历史,都无法跟他们相比。但是凡是拿到Fiil耳机、凡是戴上开始听音乐,他们F都会告诉我们几乎他们的感受是要超越这三个品牌同价位很多,这个事让我觉得特别欣喜。

这一次的跨界更艰巨,你想作为一个自主的中国品牌,想要有一天可以做到在消费者、在喜爱耳机的人们心中,首先是和国际上的这些品牌一样,甚至超越。而我们Fiil的愿望和梦想就是可以超越他们,当然这不是我站在台上说一两句话,不断地做各种营销,不是这样的,这是做不到的。我所想讲的是我们需要的是时间,一定的时间给我们,我相信中国人会看到Fiil会是他们的必选。

刚才是关于产品的,接下来我想讲一讲关于我们的受众群,也就是基于我的角度,我的粉丝,这也是一个特别有意思的一个转变,不光是我跨界、产品跨界,事实上我们的用户、我们的用户者他们也在转变。过去我的歌迷他们喜欢我在演唱会的后台,我在一些时候碰到我的歌迷我会问他,你可以告诉我你到底喜欢的是什么?基本上这么多年下来,他们都说的是我喜欢你的《北京北京》,我喜欢《春天里》我喜欢你们早期乐队的作品。后来我明白作品是唯一可以立得住,作品是我与他们之间的一个桥梁。

那好,现在我做了Fiil耳机,我即将还要做更具挑战性的事情,也许在未来的几个月我会发布一个音乐的平台,那个会更惊人。我所做的所有这一切,我只是想改变一些事情,改变所有的用户和粉丝对待像我这样,对待明星级的企业家,她们的一种角度,其实我只讲我的感受,我希望超越作品,我希望他能够喜欢一个产品所带来的格调,甚至是他的情感,我一直在跟我们耳机的CEO彭锦州,我团队的许许多多的高管说,无论你们把团队做得再好,无论我们下再多的工夫不一定有人真正能明白Fiil的好。我希望有一天你们可以做到把Fiil化作一种感情,化作一种无法抵挡的文化,它必然是成功的,这种成功不是一个耳机、一个产品所赋予的。

当然,我们已经看到了这世界上所有最成功的产品、品牌,甚至公司,其实都具备了这一点。有一天我希望我的粉丝除了喜欢我的歌曲,他也会很自豪地说我喜欢的这个人,他创造出来的一些产品,甚至一些平台改变了音乐,改变了我们的生存环境,这是我更大的梦想。

刚才谈到的是粉丝的跨界,最后我想讲一个是属性的跨界,有的时候我会反复地在想过去我更加热爱的是站在舞台上给你们唱歌。我喜欢看到你们和我一起唱某一个段落,可是现在我更多的时候除了在我的演唱会舞台上我会站在这样的一个舞台上和大家用语言去沟通,没有旋律、没有乐队,那些都没有,其实有一点不适应。但是当我想到我的第一个初衷,我想改变的那个东西不是因我的喜好就可以做到,我必须要付出更多,我觉得这一切是有价值的。

有的时候我会怀疑我自己,你是不是真的有这么多的时间站在这里,有些人可能觉得你在忽悠,有些人觉得你是不是一个音乐做得差不多了,你感觉到那个天花板了?然后你要转一个行。有些人会觉得他应该去赚更多的钱,也许这个就是他的领域,我觉得也许这几种观点都有有道理的一面,但是在我心里面,我觉得我付出更多的时间和精力,如果我做的事情可以让除我之外的那些追逐梦想的、喜欢音乐的、喜欢自我意识创造力的这些更多的年轻人得益,我觉得是特别开心的。而且这种成就感一定会超越即使我一年在鸟巢开20场演唱会,我已经达到了一个领域里的顶峰,远远要超越这种喜悦。那种喜悦是属于我个人、属于我的乐队、属于我团队的,但仅此而已。而这种喜悦它会改变很多人的生活,改变很多人对这个世界的看法,他们会从愁眉苦脸、心中有很多的不满、很多的无助,变成有微笑常常在他们脸上,那个是我现在想做到的最大的梦想。

所以,其实我的理解跨界并不是一个目的,根本上它也不是一种好像我们应该拿出来当做一个利器的方式,跨界一定要看你的目的是什么?也许我的这个目的带有太多的理想,太理想化,但是对于我来说,这个是我存在的一个意义,我希望从Fiil耳机开始,可以带给更多人欢笑、希望、高品质的生活,还有全新的世界观,这就是我们Fiil现在想告诉大家的,也是我汪峰未来想告诉大家的。因为我们的世界不只存在于现在,在未来的一个点,那是我们的未来。
