泽熙公司法定代表人徐翔等人被依法批捕

　　新京报快讯(记者张泉薇)4月29日，新华社消息称，泽熙投资管理有限公司法定代表人、总经理徐翔等人涉嫌操纵证券市场、内幕交易犯罪，于近日被依法批准逮捕。

　　此外，中信证券股份有限公司总经理程博明、经纪业务发展委员会行政负责人刘军、权益投资部负责人许骏等人涉嫌犯罪，也于近日被依法批捕。

　　上述案件均在进一步侦办中。

　　这是自去年11月徐翔被带走调查之后，官方首次披露该案进展。4月中旬，泽熙系所持多家上市公司宣布股份被轮候冻结，其中，华丽家族称“青岛市公安局已向中国证券登记结算有限公司上海分公司送达了《协助冻结财产通知书》”，这一公告间接“透露”了徐翔案目前由青岛警方侦办。
