　　这些深夜的力量令人动容。在五一劳动节来临之际，千龙网记者将寻访、记录这些普普通通的夜幕下的建设者们。

　　4月26日夜里，千龙网派出图文频多终端全媒体报道组，来到“扫”遍京城的北京城市机扫服务有限公司一车队等地，体验夜间环卫工人这些“城市美容师”们的辛劳、忙碌和烦恼。

　　当遇上这些“不明大物件”时，吸扫车则无法独自完成任务，此时则需要联系另外一队环卫工人。北京城市机扫服务有限公司一车队的马班长告诉千龙网记 者，他们整个车队主要负责东边的半个北京城，每晚的路面清扫工作需要三队人马来共同完成，他们分别是冲刷作业车、吸扫作业车以及捡拾作业车，每辆捡拾作业 车上一般会配备三名环卫工人，他们负责捡拾相应路段的大型垃圾。

　　在遇到空降的“不明大物件”时，首先需要捡拾人员将大型垃圾拾起放入环卫车内，随后冲刷作业车将残余的小垃圾冲洗到路两侧，最后由吸扫车将其全部清 扫干净，恢复路面整洁。林师傅每遇此类情况时，都会特别头疼，“有时一个晚上会遇到好几次，每次这种情况都特别着急，不仅处理起来比较麻烦，而且特别耽误 时间，基本这种情况都需要延长作业时间。”林师傅表示，每晚作业6个小时，需要将负责的路段清扫两遍，这个任务本身就比较繁重。

　　千龙网记者从北京城市机扫服务有限公司一车队了解到，整个夜班现配有18个扫车，15个水车，12个捡拾车，一个车负责一个区域，每天晚上基本是固 定的，尽量不变动，这样有利于环卫工人熟悉路途，每个路段都配有三队人马进行清扫，夜班一共52个人，最少有48个人要求上班，副队长刘向阳告诉千龙网记 者，“出活比较多的就是夜班作业，夜班为白班做主力工作，白天太堵车。”此外作业人员在清晨回来时还需要将厂区内的卫生清扫干净后下班。

　　夜间环卫工人除了相互之间的工作配合，还需要和路政以及警察局方面进行配合，当某段路正在施工维修时，环卫工人无法作业，需要等到凌晨5点，修路的 工人下班之后，再赶回去进行清扫作业。此外，当发生意外交通事故产生垃圾时，就近的环卫工人需要在20分钟之内赶到现场，将垃圾清理干净。

　　凌晨三四点是最难熬的阶段

　　由于工作量比较繁重，作业期间基本没有多余的休息时间，林师傅告诉记者，“一个晚上最多的时候会跑160公里路，刚开始不熟悉的时候跑的冤枉路特别 多。”林师傅现在负责的是四惠和国贸的匝道桥，匝道桥的作业需要来回转圈，“开始的时候经常转迷糊了，不知道自己哪些路清扫过了。”林师傅做环卫工作已经 有9年的时间了，他现在已经熟练的知道哪些匝道可以连在一起作业，从而使作业路程缩短了不少。

　　“每天凌晨三四点左右是最难熬的时候，”林师傅说，每到这个时间点，脑袋就有点晕乎乎的，每晚工作之前，林师傅都要带上一杯浓浓的茶，实在困的时 候，会把车停在安全的地方，下车遛一遛，吹吹凉风，这样可以清醒很多，“有时也会抽烟提提神。”另外，林师傅还表示，由于掌控不好时间，担心时间过了，工 作会没办法按质按量的完成，所以没办法在难熬的时候眯一会儿。

　　在林师傅的工作年限中，有4年被评为先进，车上的里程数显示，林师傅工作的里程基本上比其他人要多，“在清扫的时候老是不放心是不是有地方没有扫干 净，是不是有地方又新扔了垃圾，往往会回去反复清扫。我负责的路段一次都没有被罚过。”林师傅在新疆当过5年兵，他表示当兵对自己影响比较大，“做事有毅 力，不论干什么，都坚持到底。既然一晚上付出了，还是希望有收获，”

　　林师傅的老家在河北沧州，坐火车回家一趟需要4个小时，但他基本上每年会回家一次，“每个月有8天假，但我基本都不休，把假期攒到一起。”林师傅会选择在人员充足以及不忙的阶段休假回家，“一般会待上两个月。”

　　去年春节的时候，林师傅没有回家，而是在路面作业。“除了对作业的路段比较熟，北京其他的地方都不太熟悉。”虽然林师傅在北京的时间也不短了，但是 他大部分的时间都是在单位，除了上班和吃饭的时间，其他时间则是在单位的宿舍里休息，基本没有什么业余活动，因为会影响休息的时间，“每天大概能睡五六个 小时。”

　　林师傅每天基本只吃两顿饭，一顿是在早上作业回来时侯，另外一顿是傍晚睡醒时，“中午基本不吃，中午吃饭特别影响睡觉的时间。”白天睡觉的这一习 惯，林师傅花了将近一个月的时间来适应。“现在有时候，早上下班见到阳光反而有点不适应了，越天气好的时候，眼睛越睁不开，头也比较晕。”

　　车辆刮碰事件最闹心

　　暮色包裹着整个城市，作业车辆正等待着发车指令，副队长在给工人们反复强调安全注意事项。目前人工夜间作业相对较少，因为比较危险，主要以机械化为主，特别是环卫作业车体积比较庞大，而且是夜间作业，刮碰事件时常发生。

　　“经常与其他的车发生碰撞，这个特别闹心。”林师傅告诉千龙网记者，2009年他亲历过一次严重的追尾事件，当时一人死亡多人受伤，驾驶者严重醉酒，与正在路边作业的林师傅的吸扫车发生追尾。

　　“那一次我被吓的够呛，当时还有一点内疚，虽然不是自己的责任，但是不免会想如果自己当时不在的话，是不是就不会发生这样的事情。”该事件因为打官 司，前后折腾了将近两年多，林师傅作为被告牵扯其中，“那个时候每次听到电话的声音都害怕。”除了刮碰事件，有时还会和路人发生小摩擦，冲刷车在公交站附 近洒水时，偶尔水会溅到别人身上，有时会出现挨骂挨打的情况，更甚者还会赔钱。
