　　中新网记者采访了解到，自从段干小学的塑胶操场铺设完毕后，小学内和张建有着同样症状的还有多名学生。据学生家长介绍，除了流鼻血外，还有不少学生感到头晕、头疼、恶心、呕吐，有些学生身上还长出了很多“小疙瘩”。

　　段干小学位于河北省石家庄市高新技术产业开发区郄马镇段干村，有在校学生300余人，多数为该村村民子女。4月12日，该校的塑胶操场正式投入使用。

　　主管文化、教育的石家庄市高新区社会发展局副局长李忠表示，塑胶操场是石家庄市高新区社会发展局统一招标修建的，中标单位为斯特龙建筑装饰工程有限公司。记者在中国招标网上看到，段干小学塑胶跑道工程于2014年8月份公开招标，计划在2014年10月15日前竣工。
