　　中新网北京4月29日电 （吴涛）28日，中国电信公布了截至2016年3月31日的第一季度业绩报告，至此，三大运营商业绩全部出炉。数据显示，今年一季度，三大运营商净利约294.99亿元，平均日赚3.2亿元。

　　同去年一季度三大运营商日赚3.5亿元相比，这季度三大运营商盈利能力有所下降。对此有专家表示，这主要受“提速降费”影响，通信资源单价下降所致。

三大运营商日赚3.24亿元

　　三大运营商公布的业绩显示，2016年一季度，中国移动营收1775亿元，同比增长8.7%，净利润239亿元，同比增长0.5%。收入增幅较去年全年有所回升。中移动在报告中称，这得益于4G终端持续高速增长，另外不再受到电信业营改增的影响。

　　中国联通营收703.4亿元，同比下降5.3%，较去年第四季增长8%，净利润4.8亿元，同比下降85%。中国联通称，利润下滑主要原因是销售费用的增加，一季度同比增长15.7%，另外就是包括铁塔费用在内的运营成本增加，同比增长36.6%。

　　中国电信营收864.26亿元，同比增长6.1%；净利润51.19亿元，同比增长1.4%。中国电信表示，尽管受到“提速降费”和“流量不清零”等政策影响，但利润实现稳步增长。

　　经计算，三大运营商一季度净利约294.99亿元，平均日赚3.24亿元，去年同期这个数字是3.5亿元。

　　盈利能力下降受“提速降费”影响

　　日赚3.24亿元相比去年去年同期的3.5亿元有所减少。对此电信观察家项立刚接受中新网（微信公众号：cns2012）采访时表示，虽然电信运营商用户数还在增长，但是增速已经降低，再加上受“提速降费”影响，通信资源单价也有了明显的降低。

　　工信部公布最新的数据显示，3月份用户通信使用量和去年相比大概增长了46%，而整个通信业的收入增长4.2%，也就是说通信的使用量大幅度上升，而通信的收费只增长了4.2%。

　　在用户数方面，截至一季度末，中国移动用户数达到8.34亿户，当季净增761万户，其中4G用户数达到3.77亿户。中国联通用户数达到2.589亿户，净增661万户，4G用户5930万户，净增1515万户。中国电信用户数至2.02亿户，净增474万户，其中4G用户达到7491万户。

　　关于三大运营商的盈利能力，中新网梳理相关数据发现，相比去年第四季度，三大运营商盈利能力还是有所上升的，如中国移动净利润按照季度来算，当季239亿元的利润比上季度多1亿元。中国电信上季度利润为36.93亿元，这季度则为51.19亿元。中国联通方面，除去铁塔收益，去年第四季度亏损45.54亿元，这季度则扭亏为盈。

　　当然，从全年看，三大运营商今年收入和盈利能力仍承受压力。中国移动的报告中就指出，考虑资费下行压力较大以及终端销售年末翘尾因素，全年来看，收入增速将面临较大挑战。（完）
