　　加拿大《蒙特利尔公报》网站4月28日发表题为《银联在美国发行首张信用卡》的报道称，银联国际首席执行官蔡剑波、中国工商银行副行长王希全和该行牡丹卡中心总裁栾建胜出席发卡仪式。
