造成网盘的“末路凶手”有两个：
第一，公开分享。用户将私密储存的内容进行公开分享，这些内容可能是用户自己付费获得的，但公开分享后去，其他用户就能够免费获得该内容，这同样侵害了版权方的利益。而且，公开分享还有可能夹杂着色情等不良内容，更是“毒瘤”。分享功能不存在的话，所有内容就无法流通，其影响力和危害要小的多，恩，搜索功能也是种分享。
第二，弱审查。不少用户吐槽百科里的内容不够权威，经常失准，而新闻媒体平台的内容，更是经常被“扒皮”，究其原因，系平台方对内容的弱审查能力，小小的十人小分队，还要有人专门来对内容进行强烈的审查过滤，人力成本和技术门槛会让他们直接倒闭。
