记者日前在市场上发现，这些打着“防近视”、“无频闪”、“护眼”等卖点，并明确标注为“护眼灯”的产品仍在售卖，价格从几十元到上千元不等，而且绝大多数为LED光源。超市的售货员向记者推荐了几款可调节亮度与光色的灯，并说“‘护眼灯’对眼睛伤害小，一分钱一分货，价格越高，护眼效果越好”。

“护眼灯”被指质量风险最高
今年初，质检总局发布了《全国重点工业产品质量监督目录（2016年版）》，把“护眼灯”定性为质量风险最高的产品，是所有灯具产品中唯一被评定为一类风险的。
这并非质检总局为了吸引眼球的举措。中国健康发展研究中心在2012年做了一份市场调研，调研报告指出，我国5岁以上总人口中，近视的总患病人数在4.5亿左右。其中，高中生和大学生的近视发病率超过70%，并逐年增加，青少年近视发病率已经高居世界第一位。到2020年，我国5岁以上人口的近视患病率将增长到7亿。
在国内市场最早研究光和眼睛的爱望照明创始人张智行告诉记者，尽管市场上也有不少知名品牌的灯具比如飞利浦、雷士等产品具备良好的光学性能，但要达到护眼的效果却需要更高的要求。比如怎样把这些灯具科学地布置到我们的房子里面，这需要照明设计师提供专业方案。遗憾的是，专业的照明设计鲜有为家居服务的，更多的是商业用途。
记者查到2011年中日韩三国联合组织的一次住宅照明健康度的调研中，我国的住宅照明达标率非常低，达标率最高的客厅，也只有11.6%。同年，北京市疾控中心对1496所中小学进行了照度检查，课室桌面的达标率是60.3%，而黑板的达标率只有22.9%。这些数据表明，我国的室内照明健康度非常不理想，这直接或间接导致了我国青少年视力问题的产生。
具有良好光学性能的灯具啥样？
尽管国家没有把“护眼灯”的性能纳入强制性认证范围，甚至没有对“护眼灯”的性能有一套完整的规范说明，但从存在于建筑行业的《建筑照明设计标准》、《灯和灯系统的光生物安全性》、《读写作业台灯性能要求》以及属于自愿性认证的《台灯认证规范》当中，仍然不难找到一些国家对具有良好光学性能的灯具应达到的指标。

然后是色温，它反映的是颜色的温度。根据LED的发光原理，LED照明产品不可避免存在蓝光的成分，含量过高会对眼睛造成严重的“蓝光危害”，《建筑照明设计标准》和《台灯认证规范》都明确了LED产品色温不应高于4000K。但记者发现，市场上的“LED护眼灯”，绝大多数色温超过4000K，有的甚至达到6500K，与日光环境相似。还有显色性，《建筑照明设计标准》和《台灯认证规范》都明确要求显色指数不应低于80，其中R9应大于0。至于频闪，《台灯认证规范》指出，光输出波形频率应大于3125Hz。最后是遮光性，如果灯具产品的遮光性不佳，会导致产生眩光效应，《台灯认证规范》明确了针对LED产品，在指定条件下应看不到2000cd/m2以上的光源及反射器内壁或透光结构。
所以，对于“护眼灯”来说，无频闪、无眩光、无辐射、高显指几方面的性能，以及杜绝“蓝光危害”，色温不超过4000K这些指标一个都不能少。而最关键的，也是“护眼灯”必须的技术，能够完全以结果为导向自动化地运作，确保混合光照的稳定。“自动适应不稳定的光照环境，提供恒定、均匀的健康光照服务。这才是‘护眼灯’最核心的诉求。”张智行说。
