　　据韩国《朝鲜日报》网站4月29日援引港媒称， 仅在2010年时，中国科学家的平均年薪还不到4万美元，不足美国水平的一半。但中国科学技术部的科技人才中心近期公布的调查结果显示，回到中国主要大学的海归派科学家，平均起薪竟然高达12万美元。其中因为在《自然》和《科学》等世界1级期刊上发表论文，从而获得每篇70万元奖金的科学家也不在少数。
